All Machines Fully Tested with Trial Run Videos Before Shipment
Before packing and delivery of every machine, we will carry out a complete test run of the whole unit and record the full trial operation video for file keeping. The video will document the running status, functional parameters and working condition of the equipment. We will arrange packaging and shipment only after confirming that the machine runs stably with qualified performance and no abnormalities. Through test run recording, we eliminate potential faults in advance and strictly control the quality before delivery. This ensures that the equipment you receive can be put into normal operation, providing reliable quality assurance for your purchase.

Update the Order Production Progress in Real Time
The production department will complete the delivery of the goods strictly according to the time specified in the order.

Transportation and Shipping Arrangements
After the order is completed, we will make an inquiry to partner shipping companies and arrange the most suitable shipping. All this will not charge extra fees. We will also send the photo when the goods is loading.

Proper handling of equipment voltage and frequency
The normal voltage and frequency of the machine are 380v and 50Hz.
A voltage of 220v and a frequency of 50Hz can be changed for free. If it’s anything else, a transformer needs to be configured for the change to be made and used.
Product lifetime warranty
The warranty period for the equipment is 12 months.
What should l do if the product is out of warranty?
1.We provide lifelong service to our products.2. We only charge the basic cost of the accessory for products that are out of warranty. lf thecustomer requests on-site service, we will also charge the minimum fee.

Factory inspection and delivery
The core components undergo precision calibration, load testing, and continuous operation checks according to the configuration. The equipment will be delivered after completing a stable trial run, and the entire process of factory inspection will be recorded for documentation.

Installation, commissioning and acceptance
Complete the positioning and commissioning based on the site, power supply, gas pipeline, grounding and equipment combination. Assist the customer in conducting the machine startup inspection, setting of basic parameters and delivery acceptance.

Practical training and refresher training
In our offline training sessions, we offer 2 days of free technical training guidance. Technical personnel will explain the operation, hub repair techniques, safety regulations and basic troubleshooting based on real equipment. If there are any process or system updates, targeted refresher training can be provided.

7×12-hour response
Assist in locating the problem through phone calls, pictures and videos. Common faults will be responded to promptly according to the service mechanism in the manual; if the problem cannot be solved remotely, accessories or engineering support will be arranged based on the situation.

Accessories and System Support
We provide accessory supply, software upgrades, and technical support during the usage process to help customers reduce downtime. The specific warranty scope and duration are subject to the corresponding equipment contract, manual, and after-sales policy.

Maintenance reminders and continuous maintenance
Based on the equipment model, usage frequency and working conditions, remind customers to perform cleaning, tightening, lubrication, air path and accuracy checks. If any abnormalities are found, communicate promptly to avoid small issues accumulating into downtime problems.
