After the spraying process is completed, hubs are automatically transported into the oven via built-in tracks, realizing continuous, streamlined production without manual handling.

This oven adopts three-sided heating design. It can quickly reach 200°C within 10 minutes. The internal space delivers highly uniform heat distribution, with the temperature difference controlled within 3 degrees Celsius. Such stable thermal environment guarantees even baking on every part of the hub surface. It effectively avoids product discoloration, local over-baking or incomplete curing issues. The finished paint layer achieves consistent and reliable curing quality.
