The automatic hub spraying production line supports customization for 1.5 meters / 3 meters / other lengths of spraying cabinets. After spraying, the hub automatically enters the oven through the track; the oven heats up on three sides, reaching a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius in 10 minutes. The interior is heated evenly with a temperature difference of no more than 3 degrees, ensuring uniform baking of the hub and effectively preventing color changes of the product. The paint surface has stable curing quality. It is the preferred equipment for batch processing of hub refurbishment.
The three sides are rapidly heated by the stainless steel electric heating tubes. The temperature difference inside the oven is controlled within 3℃. The baking process is evenly heated, avoiding the discoloration of the hub paint surface.
